How do I return an item?

We believe in offering the very best in terms of value, quality and selection.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Upon delivery, you should open and inspect your purchase and if you receive damaged merchandise, have received the wrong order, or are missing items from your order, please contact us or call us at 1-800-681-5088 to let us know of your issues.

If the product was damaged in shipping, you must retain all shipping materials for inspection by the shipper's agents in order to file a claim, and you must contact us via telephone or e-mail within 5 business days of delivery so that we may initiate the process of replacement and/or insurance filing with the carrier.  Please note that all carriers allow for a set amount of time upon delivery to file damage claims, therefore we can not guarantee a time frame in which your claim will be resolved.

By using this site and making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a charge back or other type of fee reversal against your purchase, regardless of the results of the shipper's investigation and findings or said investigation is conducted.  

All sales are final unless the error is on the part of the Recycled Rocks! Any returns must be returned unopened and shipped Registered Mail with Signature Required. In the event of errors as described above, Recycled Rocks! will issue an RMA number to you within 5 business days of your request so that you may return the product and we can then proceed with correcting yur order.

In the event that you make an error during the ordering process, such as ordering the wrong color, size or transparency for example, we will not accept returns or exchanges. Restocking / Order Cancellation Fees will apply in the event of a customer error.

Please note that product returns due to "wrong color" are not accepted because the colors you see on your computer screen may differ slightly from the colors of the actual goods. Recycled Rocks! does not knowingly misrepresent any products on this website. Colors and images may vary based on screen resolutions and color settings. Customers considering large quantity purchases may wish to request color samples.

Fees

There is a 20% Restocking / Order Cancellation Fee once an order is in process and a 40% Restocking / Order Cancellation Fee once an order has been shipped.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are nonrefundable, regardless of the reason for return. Additional charges may apply due to price differences between the item ordered and the item originally desired.
